St Erme Playing Field Ltd manages the commercial operations, including the bar, kitchen and bookings. The company employs six staff members, some on a part-time basis. All profits from St Erme Playing Field Ltd are gift-aided back to the Trust, ensuring funds are reinvested into the community.
